As prelude to a panel discussion about the show of political art curated by illustrator Steve Brodner, Neil will perform the premiere of Declaration, a musical setting of the Declaration of Independence. With soprano Mellissa Hughes, tenor Tomás Cruz and percussionist Bill Solomon.
